	Unlimited email, phone and remote support,  Helpdesk support 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday. 2 hr Critical Guaranteed Response time. 4 hr Non-critical Guaranteed Response time. Onsite maintenance visit every 2 months.
	Unlimited email, phone and remote support,  Helpdesk support 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday. 4 hr Critical Guaranteed Response time. 8 hr Non-critical Guaranteed Response time. Onsite maintenance visit every 3 months.
