New for ALL Clients
Stronger Identity Security.
Added Automatically.
One Month Free with Huntress Managed Identity Threat Detection & Response (ITDR)
Stolen credentials, compromised login sessions and malicious applications may allow an attacker to access email and business information while appearing to be an authorised user.
To strengthen protection against these threats, Phrixus Technologies is introducing a one-month trial of Huntress Managed Identity Threat Detection and Response, commonly known as Managed ITDR.
The trial will be activated automatically for eligible clients, allowing identity monitoring to begin without leaving an avoidable gap in protection.

Why Identity Protection Matters
Cybercriminals Are Not Always Breaking In.
Increasingly, they are logging in.
Attackers who obtain a password or active login may enter your system appearing to be a legitimate account
Monitor sensitive email conversations
Impersonate employees or management
Create hidden forwarding or deletion rules
Access client or company information
Approve access for malicious applications
Maintain access without traditional malware

Why is Phrixus Adding the Trial Automatically?
Important Protection Should Not Depend on Someone Remembering to Turn It On
An opt-in trial may be overlooked. Automatic activation lets eligible clients benefit immediately and experience the service before deciding whether to retain it.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is Huntress Managed ITDR?
Huntress Managed Identity Threat Detection and Response is a managed cybersecurity service that monitors supported Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace environments for signs of account compromise and other identity-based threats.
What does ITDR stand for?
ITDR stands for Identity Threat Detection and Response.
It refers to security technology and processes designed to identify, investigate and respond to attacks involving user accounts, credentials, login sessions, permissions and identity systems.
Is the one-month trial free?
Yes.
There is no additional charge for the initial one-month trial.
The service will continue as a paid monthly service after the trial unless you opt out by the deadline stated in your service notice.
Is the trial activated automatically?
Yes.
Eligible Phrixus clients will have Huntress Managed ITDR activated automatically for the trial period.
Automatic activation allows the security monitoring to begin without waiting for a separate enrolment process.
Why is the trial opt-out rather than opt-in?
Identity threats may remain undetected while activation is delayed or overlooked.
Phrixus has chosen an automatic trial so eligible clients can benefit from the protection immediately and assess the service before paying for it.
Every client retains the right to opt out before the paid service begins.
What happens after the trial?
Unless you opt out by the stated deadline, Huntress Managed ITDR will remain active and the disclosed monthly service fee will apply.
How is the ongoing price calculated?
The service is generally priced according to the number of protected users or identities.
Your Phrixus service notice will confirm the applicable rate, covered user count and GST treatment.
Can we opt out during the trial?
Yes.
You may submit an opt-out request at any point during the trial. To avoid paid continuation, the request must be received before the deadline stated in your service notice.
Can we activate the service again later?
Generally, yes.
Contact Phrixus to confirm current licensing, pricing and activation arrangements.
Does Huntress Managed ITDR replace MFA?
No.
MFA remains an essential security measure. Managed ITDR adds monitoring for suspicious identity and account behaviour, including activity that may occur after an account or session has been authenticated.
Does it replace antivirus?
Antivirus and endpoint security protect devices. Managed ITDR focuses on identities, cloud accounts and account activity.
The services protect different parts of your technology environment.
What happens when a threat is detected?
Huntress investigates suspicious activity through its Security Operations Centre, open 24/7/365.
When a genuine threat is confirmed, Huntress may provide an incident report, supporting context, remediation instructions and automated response actions where appropriate including blocking accounts with known identity breaches.
Phrixus may contact your nominated representative if further investigation or action is required.
Can the service prevent every security incident?
No cybersecurity product can guarantee that every incident will be prevented.
Huntress Managed ITDR is intended to improve the detection, investigation and response to identity-based threats and reduce the time that malicious activity may remain unnoticed.
