Mark has 24 years of IT and technical experience, commencing with the British Royal Navy and moving to Virtuality, pioneers of Immersive Virtual Reality. After a 4 year stint in Tokyo managing the Kawasaki Motorcycle Training Simulator project , Mark moved to Sydney. In late 1998 he saw an opportunity to move into the niche area of small business IT management and the provision of quality custom made PC’s. Phrixus Technologies has continued to grow steadily over the past 10 years. With his select team of staff, Mark drives Phrixus to achieve results and solutions for our clients. "IT forms the back bone of any business and when it is integrated correctly it drives the business forward.”
Mark has also been a past secretary for the NSW Chapter of the SMB IT Professionals organisation and is currently Service Director for Berowra Apex, a great volunteer organisation helping charities and causes in the local area.

| Kris has over 10 years experience in the IT industry and has superb troubleshooting skills for both PC's and Servers. He has great ability to see outside the square, always looking for ways technology can improve a business’s performance and uses creative solutions for the best results. His previous experience has been within the educational environments, managing networks, maintenance, migrations and troubleshooting. He has experience with Windows, Mac and Linux operating systems and loves a challenge. In his spare time he enjoys testing new hardware and devices and keeping very up to date with all the latest and greatest technology. |

Marc has been using computers since the age of 12 and over that time has developed his knowledge and troubleshooting skills for numerous Windows Operating System, Office Suite platforms, and computer hardware. He completed a computer programming course at the end of 2004, which strengthened his analytical and troubleshooting skills further. In 2007, he moved from Newcastle to Sydney and completed a 4 month, full time IT Helpdesk course to gain MCP status and become a Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician. He also gained CompTIA A+ Certification giving him the skills to maintain, troubleshoot and replace computer hardware. |
